You're a high-achieving woman who has (or had) big dreams. You've built something incredible (even if you don't give yourself the credit you deserve, or feel like an imposter). While chasing your dreams, you lost yourself. You're tired, your passion is fading, the future seems...daunting. Maybe your life looks great on paper, but that hollow feeling just won't ease up. Maybe there's a version of yourself that you crave, but feels so out of reach.
The truth is, as women, we were never meant to live in the way our society expects us to. Women are these incredibly intricate beings living in a world designed around hustle-culture, a 24-hour cycle, and constant output. We need rhythm, we need rest, and we need to stay connected to ourselves. We can create, thrive, and feel deeply fulfilled when we hold space for ourselves and stop trying to work against our nature.
Root & Rise was created as an invitation to do things differently. To slow down, (scary, I know), tune in, and gently rebuild from the inside out. To root so you can rise.
Hi, I’m Mychaela! I'm a mom, wife, travel devotee and serial entrepreneur.
I built a successful business at the age of 25. Then moved across the country from it. Queue burnout. Weird, right? How did I burn out being AWAY from my business vs being in it? Well, the burnout definitely set its roots while I was involved in the day-to-day, but it reared its ugly head when I was forced to sit with myself and confront my need for control. Which, I later discovered, was a key factor in what was holding my business back from exponential growth.
Through deep (and I mean deep) reflection, somatic healing, and a lot of unlearning, I unlocked potential that I didn't know existed. Along my journey, I discovered a passion for helping other women do the same.
