Hi, I’m Mychaela — a mom, wife, travel devotee and serial entrepreneur!
For years, I chased perfection. I said yes to everything, pushed myself to do more, and built a thriving business — all while slowly losing touch with my body, my joy, and my sense of self.
Eventually, burnout caught up with me and it forced me to face the patterns that got me there: hustle-culture, people-pleasing, overachieving, and never feeling “enough.”
I lost all interest in entrepreneurship and the big dreams I once had. I felt I lost all control of my life and where it was going. Purposeless. My love for fitness vanished. I'd find myself mindlessly scrolling social media for hours. I'd try to implement new habits, only for my excuses to take over. My days were filled with anxiety, fatigue, and quite honestly, dread. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I knew I had to make a significant change. I needed to reconnect with the parts of me that were lost so I could show up as my best self for my family.
Through deep (and I mean deep) reflection, somatic healing, and a lot of unlearning, I found my way back. Along my journey, I discovered a passion for helping other women do the same.
